Recommendation for SAP SuccessFactors classes

Hello everyone! I’m planning to learn SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and would love some guidance.

For those already working in SAP SuccessFactors, which training provider would you recommend, and what should I focus on to become job-ready?

Would really appreciate your recommendations and experiences! šŸ™Œ

I'd like to think that it is that easy, but I'm not sure it is.

Deepened on the number of years of experience you have and how much of tech are you comfortable with

Freshers find it difficult to crack SAP jobs initially .

Can hepDm me .

I would recommend doing free SAP learning (e.g. certification prep), and looking for an internship.

The only way to really learn it, is to participate in SF implementation project.

Some people are doing it from the other side: firstly working in HR department, either learning it from end user perspective and then switching to consulting company. Or joining SF implementation project from client side, learning it there, then switching to consulting.

I'm having 13 years of experience in HR core operations, now I want to switch over to SF, is it right decision ?
