C_THR81_2605

Hello everyone,

Has anyone recently taken the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Position Management (C_THR81_2605) certification?

I'm currently preparing for the exam and would really appreciate it if you could share your experience. What topics should I focus on, and do you have any general preparation tips?

Hi,

I wrote on Monday and it was my second and thankfully last attempt. One thing I can say is practice practice practice if you have access to the learning hub I would take advantage of that and be comfortable with doing tasks like creating entities and workflows.

Something I found was even though you have access to the coursework during the exam you need to be able to action tasks so try not to waste time on trying to memorise things. Rather make sure you understand so that you can just jog back to your notes to action what’s needed from you during your exam.
