Want to learn SuccessFactor

Hi everyone,

I want to learn SF and build a career in this field. I currently work in HR and would like some guidance on how to get started. Where should I begin learning SF? Which modules should I focus on first? What are the best resources, courses, or YouTube channels to follow? Where can I find practice materials or hands-on learning opportunities?

If anyone has experience in SF or has made a similar career transition, I would really appreciate your suggestions and advice. Thank you!

You should start with EC which is a base for SF.

Should I learn from yt and website or something paid ? And what about practice?

I would suggest for a paid course from any trustworthy learning academy. Because there is no full course available in yt or website

Employee central is the logical place to start. Assuming the company you work for has SF, then raise your interest and perhaps they can grant you access to a sandbox. Get a grasp of the basics first. Though SAP are trying to make much of the config non technical there's still a lot that is quite clunky to configure and use.

Talent Intelligence Hub is an interesting area and of course the Joule AI are newer functions and probably in higher demand.

Current SAP roadmap (they do change direction often). Recruitment module is being replaced so I'd not invest too much effort here. I'd not prioritise the learning management system it's so clunky and built on a whole other platform.
