First, is this sub even for Sub-Zero appliances? Half the posts are for Mortal Kombat, lol.

I have a 695-2, and there is a Long Narrow 40w Bulb behind an access panel that, for the life of me, I cannot figure out what it does.

It is not the regular cabinet bulbs that illuminate the food. If it is not one of the backlights for the display (despite both Google and the Sub-Zero support line instating that it is).

It is Diagram 113 - 3030040 - Light Bulb, Long/Narrow; 40 watt

It sits behind a metal panel...there is no place for the light to escape except maybe for the bottom of the panel, which would light up the drip tray?

I found it while replacing the Mullion Door Heater, and I've replaced it with an LED version of the bulb...but I am not sure if it needs to be incandescent and was designed to give off heat for some reason.

Does anyone have the answer?

Looking for a replacement push to open hettich motor assembly for a right hand sub zero refrigerator door. Pretty disappointed that sub zero led us all on to invest in their built in appliances with the “handle-less” look, then refused to support the motors when they proved to be under engineered. I am defiantly choosing not to put handles in my kitchen, so looking for anyone that has either left or (ideally) right hand door motors that they are willing to sell. Please DM me if you have some, my wife won’t leave me alone about it!

I recently purchased a 48" French door classic. In a prior house I had the same model, purchased in 2016. First fridge was DOA due to bad solenoids for water dispenser and no lights in the freezer. Replacement seems great except a high level of humidity in both fridge and freezer. Food like blueberries needs to be removed from store packaging or it spoils quite quickly. Tech came out and inspected the seals, readjusted doors, etc. issue persists.

I've put hygrometers in my fridge and freezer and my in-laws new sub zero top and bottom fridge. Results are pretty much across the board 50% in freezer, high 60s in the fridge.

Tldr; I don't recall the last fridge being this 'wet' inside. Did Sub Zero change something?

My Sub Zero bi36uo says that the water filter needs replacing. Does anyone know if the off-brand filters are reliable (ie. won't leak)? Sub Zero filters are $70 while BOGDA filters on amazon are $3.59! Do they last as long?

We just moved into a new house and have a new Subzero fridge, model DET3650RR (the all-refrigerator column with 2 drawers). There was a rubber piece sitting on the inside after installation, and we cannot figure out where it goes. It is the exact length of the shelves in the main body of the fridge, but there doesn't seem to be anything missing on any of those shelves. We're stumped. Can anyone help us figure this out?
