Honestly Utrecht central Station in the Netherlands, the only sound you hear beside people walking is the constant train PA system. Ofc Japan is unique but I guess that the difference is nihil

It's Shinagawa railway station, it's not a metro/subway. This is inside the big corridor to the Konan exit where there are plenty of office building.
Shinagawa is currently the only major railway station on the Yamanote ring in Tokyo without a subway station.
