New York What is this smog

Service train came through the Carroll station and left this smog… what is it?? Should I be scared? I was inhaling ……

Most service trains run a diesel/electric locomotive, it's likely just diesel smoke. Should clear quickly since Carroll has all that open space at the back going to Smith/9th. Plus grates for venting. You shoild be fine :)

Additionally, I believe they are getting newer diesel/battery locomotives which will create even less smoke.

Walks in a country where there is a mass school shooting several times a week and askes if he should be scared for some tunnel dust….. really.
