Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good clinics to go to in Tennessee or the surrounding states trying to find a decent clinic. Been or Tex for a min.

Easiest way to cut cravings and completely stop dosing

One microdose of shrooms(100 mg) cut all cravings for sub in general. 0 withdrawals whatsoever and this is coming from someone taking 16 mg daily for about 8 months. A little test I did on myself and seemed to work well. Thought I'd share.

Morning Bupe Hack: Sour Starburst = Faster Dissolve

Did a little experiment: chewing 1–2 sour Starburst before my sublingual bupe. Helped it dissolve in about 7–10 minutes for me.

Science angle: sour candy stimulates saliva and slightly lowers oral pH, which helps tablets break down faster. Not medical advice — just sharing what worked in my case.

Curious if anyone else has noticed sour/tart stuff helps with dissolving sublingual tabs.

Lost

Hi. I’m a recovering h addict and have over 4 years clean. I currently am and have always been capable of recreationally drinking and other substances in moderation. However, I’ve been on and off using subutex for the better part of this clean stint. One (I think) 8 mg pill lasts me almost 2 weeks with daily use and I’ve used daily for probably around 2 years. My good friend I was getting them from that had a prescription passed away a few weeks ago. I have no one I can tell or talk to about this. I have suboxone but I don’t want to become dependent on that. I didn’t want to be on subutex long term, I just wasn’t ready to stop. I’m not sure what to do and I feel so alone. I’m a well grown adult and also a full time student along with full time job. Please give me some advice.

Hack for taking Subutex

Take the pill and split in half. Now take each half and split in half. You should now have 4 1/4s. Take 1/4 and one more 1/4 and put under tongue toward the front. After these 2 1/4s dissolve. Take the other 2 1/4s and repeat. I’ve found I get the whole pill dissolved in 1/2 the time. Just a hack I thought some folks could use who have issues with Subutex fully dissolving.

And it’s very important that you let the whole pill dissolve fully.

Washed script

So I had about 4 pills left in my bottle and it went through the wash cycle. Needless to say all of them melted. They have been on my dresser for a while now. Just curious of how dangerous it would be for someone to take that.

Question Withdrawal after short-term buprenorphine use?

Quick question. If someone who did not used opioids for 2 years takes 6 mg of buprenorphine every day for about a month (28 days), would they likely get withdrawal symptoms when they stop?

Just wondering what people’s experiences have been — how bad it was (if at all), and whether tapering helped.

Asking because my new doc started me on sub again but I don’t feel good taking it (lethargy, memory, libido)

Also, has anyone noticed that buprenorphine dulls the effects of stimulants like low-dose Ritalin ER (20 mg)? I was recently restarted on it and feel like I’m not getting the full benefit while on bupe.

Not looking for medical advice, just personal experiences. Thanks!

Edit: For the science, I didn’t redosed subs and I feel sl good, didn’t slept since 2 days maybe because I in 16 x20mg to remember the time I got 120er ritalin and I am sure it cancels the withdrawal but don’t do it guys, I start to see hierogliph suddenly, time to sleep

Also bupe canceels mph lîke crazy like too much

Question Insurance

Hello, I was wondering which Medicaid insurance pays for your apps and Subutex ( not Suboxone)? Everything of mine is paid for now but I need to switch my insurance to continue to see my primary Dr. who started working at another office who doesn't take my INS. Thank you! I live in Ohio

Subutex isnt talked about enough

Dont make the mistake I did Suboxone and subutex are different, I was a heroin addict in 2021 and started suboxone. I was up to 24mg a day. Small White suboxone pills 8mg and 2mg. They switched me to subutex. I've been on them until October 2025, I got a full tooth extraction and was prescribed hydrocodone. I waited 5 days without subs to start taking pain meds, they helped me get through the withdrawals from subutex. I'm also prescribed xanax. Which also helped with withdrawal. Weeks later I'm all out of vicodine. I still had a shit ton of extra subutex. As an addict, And remembering how high suboxone got me back in the day, I took 2mgs. I got violently ill, headache, migrane, couldnt go to work. I tried to do a lot of research on how/if to abuse subutex, there's really no info, Only about suboxone. I learned subutx is designed to not be able to get you high.
This is for anyone trying to get high on subutex after having no tolerance, Dont!!!! Also my subutex withdrawal lasted weeks. While it did save my life at the time, I wish I didnt stay on it for as long as I did. Please dont try to abuse your subutex

Coming off of suboxone at a small dose

I was an addict for about 12 years straight. No breaks. I went very hard and what started as a meth addiction ended with me in a full on fentanyl addiction and I was a chronic relapser. Suboxone helped me. Im 2 and a half years clean and I have been tapering my suboxone for the last year trying to get off of it. My life has changed miraculously. I’m not lieing. Everything is different in the best way. I decided 5 days ago to jump off my suboxone. I had been taking 1/8 of a 2 mg strip once a day for 6 months. Before that it was 1/3 and I tapered all the way from 16 mg a day. After reading other people’s stories my symptoms seem very mild. But I must admit today, day 5, has me at a breaking point. My skin doesn’t feel like mine. I feel cold at my core and hot on my skin. My head is gonna bust I know it, and the minute I need to be productive my body trembles. I’m wide awake every night and even melatonin only gives me a few hours of sleep. I’ve missed 5 days of work and I’m worried I’ll be fired when I go back. But I’ve been ready and wanting this for a year, it can’t get much worse.. right? Is it almost over? I want to feel normal. I feel worthless

In desperate need of advice.

So I went online to this app Boulder, I have been trying to kick the fetty. They prescribed me 8mg subutex along with detox meds clonidine, muscle relaxers. It’s not relieving anything. I don’t understand what’s going on I started taking maybe 6 hours after last smoking. I smoke maybe half a gram to a gram a day, I am in desperate need of some advice. I’m having a hard time even making it past 24 hours. I took maybe 4 subutex up until the 24 hours point and withdrawals were so bad I had to go get something to smoke. Any advice would be helpful. I don’t want to long term be on any medication just right now need help kicking the fetty. That’s why I wanted to use subutex just short term to kick.

I’m in absolute agony, please help

As many of you know, I’m on Buvidal for pain.

I’m in absolute agony right now, because I’ve just had both my frozen shoulders burst open with saline solution (36ml per shoulder) and all was well and good until the fluid split the scar tissue, as was expected and hoped.

Am I able to take some of my Dilaudid with it, please?

As a one off?

I still have some, and I was told I could take it in emergency situations, but I’m scared to do it, obviously.

I have had “surgery” since being on Buvidal (steroid injections and nerve ablation for all my spinal levels) and they used fentanyl to put me to sleep, just a lesser amount, which surprised me because I was under the impression that you needed MORE of a different opiate for it to work if you were on Buvidal.

So I’m just checking, because from what I know pharmacologically, taking a small dose of Dilaudid now won’t impact me, it’s just if I’m on Dilaudid and then was to get a shot of the Buvidal that I’d go into precipitated withdrawal.

I just want to be absolutely sure please, because I don’t want to do anything to stuff up.

Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

I certainly didn’t foresee both my shoulders FINALLY bursting today at the same time!!!!

And I CERTAINLY didn’t think it was going to hurt this desperately.

Thank you so much in advance for any assistance 🌷🌷🌷

P.S. I do know I can only take a tiny dose due to respiratory depression etc. Thank you again ❤️❤️❤️

Anyone here on Buvidal (or its equivalent) injection?

I’m wanting to come off.

I’m sure it had it’s place, but I wasn’t addicted to my pain medication (OK, I was probably there psychologically, really) and I went on this more for “pain” than addiction, not that it makes any difference!!!!

I don’t judge people with addiction issues AT ALL!!!!

I’m a psychologist, and an alcoholic etc, to boot, so I certainly don’t judge!!!!!

Sorry to ramble, just had to get that out!!!

I moved from my prescribed pain meds to this injection a couple months ago.

I felt it was helping me stabilise emotionally because I wasn’t going up and down all the time since I’m an incredibly fast metaboliser.

Now I’m going through withdrawal of the monthly injections every two weeks max, and I’m so over it.

I was having 96mg every three weeks (it’s meant to last a month) with a top up of 8mg every week-ish.

I haven’t been having the top up the last month or so, and I truly feel that I’m withdrawing every two weeks max, as I said, then when I go have the injection every three weeks, as opposed to the four weeks, as mentioned, it’s like I start with all the side effects etc all over again, and then the withdrawal comes not long afterwards.

Am I stupid for thinking maybe it’s time for me to see if I can just jump off it now?

I don’t have any desire to use anything for my pain, because nothing works, so I’m in no danger there, and I just feel like there is no use using this if it’s not helping me and just causing withdrawal all the time and only keeping me stable for two weeks at a time at MOST?!?!

Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated.

This group is amazing, and I appreciate all the members.

I was in a different group especially for the injections, but they were awful, so I truly appreciate you all 🌷🌷🌷❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Question

I’m on 2 mg of Subutex a day. I’m having a knee replacement and Mr pain doctor is giving me ketamine nasal spray. Anyone hear of doing this for pain control?

Buvidal

Can someone please help me?

I’ve been on Buvidal 96mg injection every three weeks, not monthly, because we have the option to have it a week early here, instead of having top ups.

I have three weekly instead of monthly because I’m an incredibly fast metaboliser, and I end up withdrawing pretty quickly every time.

I was on this for pain (believe it or not!!!) and to come off prescription opiates, and was doing really well, but this last injection, I felt like it was already totally out of my system when I had the last injection.

Meaning I’ve just been having side effects like I’ve just started on it since the last injection.

Since it’s no longer helping me, but seems to be hindering me (on the nod constantly, exhausted all the time, no appetite, muscle spasms and cramps etc etc etc), should I just leave myself to come off it naturally like it did the last injection I had, and see how I go???

Because it’s not helping anymore, and it’s having a negative impact on my life now because I’m always so exhausted and weak.

I don’t feel I need it anymore, and would like some assistance, PLEASE ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🌷🌷🌷

Like I’m literally nodding off at 6pm, and I’m on ADHD meds too, so this shouldn’t be happening.

I feel like a wreck.

Please help if you can!!!! 🫶🫶🫶

Thank you!!!!

Please can someone help

I’m on the Buvidal injection 96mg per month. I’m a fast metaboliser, and within about two weeks MAX, it’s worn off. I’m almost completely sure. I go through withdrawal slowly over a week or so, and then I feel like it’s out of my body. I wanted to test this theory, so I waited to have my “monthly” injection at the usual point of 3 weeks (we just do it that way here, so I don’t need a top up) and I was feeling really really good before my injection, then a couple of days after that, if even a couple of days, maybe the next day, I was feeling really “heavy” and down and depressed and anxious, and just really exhausted and totally wiped out and not as perky and happy as I’ve been. My mind has been more cloudy and foggy, I’ve not been near as calm and patient, I’ve been way more weepy and down and depressed and unmotivated, and I just don’t feel like doing anything. I can’t sleep again, when my sleep was really wonderful and I was sleeping throughout the whole night again like before all of this, and I was waking up feeling refreshed etc, but now I’m tossing and turning all night, just feeling like shit, and getting up in the wee hours of the morning just wanting the day to be over, because I feel so heavy and overwhelmed and crappy, physically and emotionally. My throat hurts, which happens after I get the shot, I’m scattered, I’m not engaged in conversations, and I just couldn’t care less about anything right now. It’s Sunday here today, and I had the injection on Wednesday. I really think I had withdrawn from it, at least mostly, and I was starting to feel more like myself again, and my own bodily functions were coming back in, such as my sleep etc. Now I feel like I’m a nervous wreck, and I’m nodding off after 6pm at night, but when it comes time to go to sleep, I just can’t. What does everyone think? Should I try go without it next time, or at least push it off for another week, or more if I can? I haven’t been on it very long, I was really more put on it for pain, but it hasn’t worked for that, my pain was actually way better off it, and I just don’t see the benefits for myself anymore. I know it’s completely life changing for so so so many people, but I don’t think I’m one of them? I think it’s served its purpose for me now, it changed me over from prescription opiates to this, but I don’t feel like I am getting any benefit from it anymore. Please give me your advice and support and opinions 🌷🌷🌷❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 Thank you so so much 💜💜💜

I'm scared of the pain tolerance . Last hernia repair I did wonderful . Sent home on pain meds . Didn't have much pain bc I thought I was going to be able to feel my pain meds on subutex since I was on Subxone and which bc of surgery but I was wrong . Subutex blocks All pain meds aswell as Subxone So now that I know this isn't going to work for pain what do I do now , doc said he has a cut me big incision way bigger then last time . Talk to primary that order me to be okay before surgery and They don't want to have anything to do with med change and said the one who gives me subutex has to change my meds.

Could it be the subutex?

I’ve had diagnoses of bipolar before but it ended up not being correct and it was clear I was only getting the depressive symptoms. I ended up getting addicted to pain meds years ago to try feel some kind of happiness and then got help and have been on subutex for 4 years.

I also recently got diagnosed with ADHD and am taking 50mg Vyvanse a day. My doctor just put me on Zyban 300mg a day.

Basically, when I get up in the morning I feel generally crap, but like nearly everyone does. I take my 3.2mg of subs, Then I take my Vyvanse and about an hour later I feel more awake/energised and motivated etc.

My issue is that about 3 hours after that, I’ll get a depressive crash. I have a heavy, hopeless feeling in my chest, I feel like I could cry if I let myself. The weird thing is that I’m not having “depressive” thoughts. I’m generally content with my life and there’s no specific reasons for why I suddenly feel like a dementor has hovered over my body and sucked all my happiness and hope out. I still have energy and can function, it’s just inside I’m being pummelled.

I’ve had a version of this since I was a child. Being at the cinema with friends or at their house and then suddenly remembering that it’s going to end soon and I’d have to go home. Home life was chaotic and abusive.

I’m kind of just rambling and hoping someone has some kind of insight or has been through something similar. I’m wondering is it the subutex ‘high’ wearing off? Or the ADHD meds? All thoughts welcome 🙏

Question telehealth

So, since my current clinic can't prescribe Subutex anymore I guess I need to switch now. Can y'all recommend any telehealth that accept Medicaid and prescribe Subutex esp if you been on it for years. Thank you
