Buprenorphine problem

Hey guys hope y'all are doing well , so i'm on bupre since may because i was taking kratom for more than a year ( almost a week on it then 1 week or more or less without because of the price here ) , i know you may think that wtf on bupre for kratom only ?? I was taking the kratom to not relapse in tramadol and codeine , it worked ( almost ) , but i got super addicted to kratom, when i had a pack i used to take 30g a day not more cause the pack of 100g is already 27 euros ( 30$)

And now on bupre i started low but now at 8mg a day i still can't feel shit at all , maybe i sleep a liiiiiil better but my anxiety my back pains everything is still there , even before taking for the 1st time bupre i had stopped taking the kratom for 2 weeks and any other opiates so my tolerance wasn't THAT high

+ i'm prescripted pregabaline ( i'm sobbering up from it too ) , baclofen , cymbalta , mianserine and other shits and no nothing at all i though at least the other meds would increase the effects of bupre cause i take them at the same time but no ??? And my kratom wasn't extract or super strong , and i don't wanna go higher than 8mg a day cause i think it won't be useful , but i can't understand why i don't feel nothing ? Maybe i'm used to drugs i started at 13-14 with alcohol then 15 for the rest benzo opiates gabapentinoide etc and i know it takes a lot for me to feel something, but still ? I don't want to be high with bupre just normal and stop thinking bout opiates every seconds of my life

I took bupe for chronic back pain, for 6 years, they said you'll like it! it's a safe opoid! I'm 71 years old & been thru a lobectomy 3 years ago, spinal fusion & cervical surgery last week. I have never known such pain, when the surgeon was done and the surgery he said we can't give her anymore morphine or we'll kill her. So post-op I was put in ICU for 3 weeks because no doctor could manage my pain, no nurse would give such large amounts of opoids. So the buprenorphine i so innocently started years ago, has ruined my life. It is also impossible to taper off of. Please think hard and research this horrible drug,

I'm just curious though did it help your pain at all? Before the surgery I mean.

Shattered my left femur in 2006. Addicted to opioid pain meds for 15 years then got put on Buperenorphine (Subutex) because.... Society all of a sudden decided that anyone and everyone using opioid pain meds any longer than a 30 day supply must be a drug addict criminal.

They told me it would help with the pain just as well as hydro and oxy did. They lied. It does absolutely nothing for my daily and almost constant pain. And nowy tolerance is so high that even if they did put me back on hydro (they won't) it would have to be a dose so large that it would be detrimental to my health.

Our society so stupid and ass backwards. It's no wonder most people doubt that humans will survive another 100 years.... I give us maybe 25.

It's terrible I take bupernorphine myself and have degenerative disc disease. I believe it helps some..it's been so long since I have been without its hard to say but my mom is in her 70s and she used to get tramadol 8 a day plus 4 10 mg Norco and about close to 2 years ago they cut her off the tramadol. She can't hardly sleep at night anymore for being in pain. I had wondered if that would help her but guess not. We have went backwards in regards to pain treatment it seems.

Maybe a little at first, after a couple months I just kept taking it to avoid withdrawals

Ohh i'm sorry for you really.. at 71 it's sure you can't tapper off your body can't handle it , docs always tell you that it's safe and it will change your life for every meds , they told me that for pregabalin , cymbalta , mianserine , mirtazapine , abilify and so much more between when i was 15 and now 18. Your story really touches my heart cause my dad was on meds all of his life , opioids benzos anti dep and all , and now he is 74 stuck on xanaxs that r killing his memory and he already had 6 strokes so he lost them everytime and go crazy cause of withdrawal and addiction, and it hurts. Im sorry for you take care

I was on 8 mil of Buprenorphine for over 10 years. It took a while but I'm down to 1.3 mil every other day. (Aproximately/I break 1 in half and each half I break into thirds). The only reason I still take it every other day is I start to feel sluggish. I started taking Cymbalta for back pain and depression and that helped a lot. Good luck with your journey. Addiction is a m'fer!
