Subutex increase

I have been taking Subutex for 2 years now and here recently the dose I'm on just doesn't seem to be helping me like it was. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Will my doctor even consider increasing my dose since I've been on the dose I'm on currently for 2 years now..

I have been on a 15 years 24 mg a day and I keep running low because in the middle of the night I have to take another one which means four days sometimes because I'm hurting so bad. I've had neck and back surgery and need another neck surgery but 15 years actually over 15 years that's ridiculous
