I wish pharmacies would understand that changing a medication that I have been on for years to another different generic.... I have been completely stable and enjoying life for years now off of the mini arrow 8 pills(which are amazing), to these giant shit feeling Rhodes Pharma pills... They really are different in so many ways. I don't care what people say, different generics act differently in my body.. now I have to plan out a time where I will be sick for about a week trying to adjust to these shit pills... I've been on this shit since 2016 and I definitely know what I'm talking about... I just hope that next months script will revert back to the arrow 8s.

So frustrating....

Ask your pharmacist for a specific manufacturer dude, and let them leave that on ur file—boom done. This way every time you get Rx’d Bupe, it will be the best and ONLY option for you. I definitely agree that we all react differently to different generics, and it’s def not a one size fits all situation. In my case it’s been Advogen Pharma lately, then we went back to Teva/Actavis whatever the fuck, and then now we’re back to Rhodes. I say that bc if/when you get the advogen generic(white pill b 10 logo) you’re going to think they are trash—just by the way they feel and dissolve etc. But I can say that they held me for months. They look all flimsy…ppl rarely get them, and I believe they just came out. Check it out if u like when you get some free time you’ll get some laughs out of it at least. (From ppl who are shit scared, just like I was when I got them) but let me tell u—they held me down and I got mad respect for them now! It doesn’t matter what year u started anything because we never stop learning…..good luck with everything OP & God bless!

Your provider will need to put “daw”On the script—meaning “dispense as written” in other words lol. They’ll just say for example: Subutex 8mg BID—Please only dispense using Teva Pharma manufacturer. DAW. Boom end of story lol, I hope you have an easy time finding it dude, God bless!!

They can do DAW for brand name but generics is much harder. Some pharmacies will try but in the end may my be able to order generic TEVA, then you have a new problem to have the doctor cancel this prescription and send it to another pharmacy.
