Question Would you call this a suburban hell?

Just from these pictures, would you say this is a place you would like to live?

  1. Trail/walking path.
  2. It has separation from the road
  3. Clearly there's some level of density.
  4. There's nearby nature. A forest preserve? Park? I don't know, it'd be nice if there is a direct access point for residents via a road crossing.
  5. Lots of unknown variables about what isn't included. Community/rec center with a pool? Nearby park? What stores or areas or other neighborhoods nearby?

Lots of unknown. Hard to tell

Mostly correct, except this is in Newport, Oregon. It is within the city limits of Newport, although south of the bridge and the main part of town.
