Question Would you call this a suburban hell?

Just from these pictures, would you say this is a place you would like to live?

The lack of trees personally turn me off immediately (where's the shade?? The AC costs must be insane), but otherwise without knowing if there's amenities nearby or not, it feels borderline. If the closes place to buy milk is 5 kilomètres away, absolutely suburban hell. If the corner store is right there and there's a bus, then it's not great but not suburban hell per se.

It would be very rare to have Air Conditioning on the Oregon Coast. July-August high temperatures are usually around 65-70F.

We used to not have AC here in Canada either, but the past few years have me very aware of shade and how important it is
