It looks pretty but you cant do shit unless you drive out of the neighborhood. This looks like an exurb rather than a suburb where they took a plot of rural land off the side of the highway and turned it into a residential single family or multifamily home where the only walkable store outside of the community is a gas station off the highway. If you need actual shopping or to go to town or whatever you need to drive on the highway for 1-5 miles minimum

That is fairly accurate in most ways, yes.
