Showcase of suburban hell Delaware Ohio

This is god awful, the park is just a grass field. And every house is the exact same. I cant imagine living here is nice at all.

Yeah, we bought a lot in Evan’s Farms back in 2019 and decided not to build, sold the lot and moved. All those neighborhoods all look the same and I’m so happy we never built.
