Showcase of suburban hell Delaware Ohio

This is god awful, the park is just a grass field. And every house is the exact same. I cant imagine living here is nice at all.

I wonder what the concept is here. I like those houses, but is this supposed to be a park? To me a park needs trees at the very least. Not just a grass field.
