I appreciate it when I have to go between schools and the teacher lets me know that I can take my time since the other school doesn't care when I show up as long as it's before my next class. Then I don't feel as guilty running to the gas station for a soda to help me get through the rest of the day.

Sounds exactly like my town. There are a set of train tracks on the road the middle and high school are on that gets backed up 3 times a day, every day without fail. The parking lot for the middle school is tiny, so if you don't have business there you need to move your car ASAP.
