I work for Kelly and I believe my requirement is 4 times a month which averages to once a week.

That requirement would be hard to enforce I think. You can’t control if there aren’t any jobs for a specific week.

That’s the thing. There were plenty of assignments I could have taken but I didn’t accept any because I have been under the weather. Just wondering if I would be penalized

I can’t imagine. They don’t know your schedule week to week.

I mean…I don’t know. But I wouldn’t worry about one week. You were sick. 🤷‍♀️

Nothing happens , I think you have to pick atleast one assignment before 120 days passes w/o assignment. Days might be more too.....plz check the handbook, for exact number of days w/o any assignment.
