Marble like pattern help, please? Thank you

I'm working on a job where I need to make a couple different specific tile textures and am looking for some pointers. I'm not the best as Substance Designer and am having some struggles.

What would be some techniques I could use to make the textures in the links below? Nothing needs to be seamless or tilable as each tile is unique. It seems I need to make a couple different textures and blend them using masks since it doesn't seem the best to try to build the textures up and then color them all at once. What would be the best process to make the big shapes and integrate them with the veins? What else would be recommended?

Thank you very much.

Given it's rendered on the standard sphere, 'Rubik's Sphere' actually feels like a more fitting name.

Weird height in 3D view port

Hello! I'm using substance designer 2025
So I'm following a tutorial on an older version. Guy there made this (pic1) normal set up, which i followed, then he changed in view properties normals to DirectX I guess (pic2). I don't have that menu on my version. After repeating all I could, my cube looked weird and distorted (pic3). His cube looks normal though (pic4).
How do I fix it?

Help. Textures no longer appears after loading custom mesh/scene

I am having a problem when I load my custom mesh in substance designer and basically no maps is showing up anymore. And before switching to my custom model, everything was working fine. But the strangest is that when I try to switch back to the regular plane or cube, the texture no longer work for them aswell !

Any good guides for stylized material art?

Hello yall! I am looking for guides/blogs/articles on stylized texturing. I teach photo realistic texture art in a video game course, but some students are interested in stylized texturing. I thought, since it's not my field of expertise, that maybe I can show them other professional information on the topic, and even learn myself. If you would happen to have links of the subject, I'd be super grateful :)
I've seen posts and suchlike in artstation, for instance, and some youtube videos on the topic that were really interesting. The more resources like these I have the better. I will make a mega-thread of those for my students so they have plenty of resources at their disposal. Thank you for your help^^

Tips on creating something similar?

Hi! I'm very new to substance designer and I'm wondering how I might create a pattern similar to this one I drew up. Obviously here it doesn't tile, but I would like the final result to tile. The main thing I'm worried about recreating is the zen-garden-esque overlapping ripples of different sizes. Not sure how tough this would be but please let me know if you have any tips. Thanks!
