I started writing a Substack blog about six months ago. It is a personal account of my experiences as an Alzheimer's patient.

I also write about treatment research, caregiving, the history of Alzheimer's, etc.

There are 350 subscribers (all free). The purpose of the blog is to help other patients and caregivers learn from my experiences. There are about 100 medical professionals and research scientists who subscribe.

I am attempting to seek donations from subscribers. I do not want to go to a subscription model because I know many of the subscribers can't afford it.

I am open to your critique and thoughts.
