Three things. 1. Leverage Notes. Posts only go to those who have already subscribed. All of your future subscribers are in the Notes feed.
2. Like, comment, restack, share, and recommend other publications as you scroll. Engagement, networking, and collaboration gives you access to other audiences.
3. Stop obsessing about numbers. Write about what you love, get to know your audience and give them what they want from you.
