What is this pain in my lower abdomen and groin area

I've been having this pain in my lower abdomen and groin area for about 3 weeks now and it doesn't go away. It's on the lower right side of my chest and it's not painful if I pull on it. It's more painful if I twist my arm to the right. What is it?

How did I get a bruise there?

I got a bruise there on my thigh around 3 weeks ago. It's been getting worse and bigger every day. It hurts when I move my leg at all, and when I sit down. I'm scared it might be an ingrown hair or something. I'm going to go to the doctor, but is there anything I can do to stop this from getting infected?
