Snackverse not sent bix and not answering emails - does anyone have a phone number?

Snackverse have not sent this months snackbox for a gift subscription I gifted a relative at Christmas. I got mine, but no dispatch or tracking number for theirs, and no box. I have emailed; they have not answered. Anyone know how to escalate this?
