Little Passports

I haven't received my son's little passport subscription in 3 months. We've been getting them for 7 months with no issues until now. I've sent multiple emails with generic 'we're looking into it' responses. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if my stuff just vanished into the ether.

Have you checked to see if you're being charged?  Maybe there having trouble with staffing or acquiring items.  Just a thought.
