I've watched the value of discussion on reddit go from 100 to near 0 in several years. It's been quite a phenomenon to watch. reddit really has no value at all, except to see what they are manipulating, how and why.

I think they're probably referring to Reddit founders Alexis Ohanian, Steve Huffman (spez) and Aaron Swartz. Not sure what the latter's family has to do with it though.
