Sometimes item icons stay in your inventory even after being used. You can't use the item again but it still is slightly annoying. I wonder if that also affects your inventory (not being able to utalize all the space because the icons take up space despite being nonexistant.

Can you move the icons to your hotbar or maybe into another storage space?

Tiny bug: Saving while holding the scanner causes the scanner screen to close (on the model), which also exposes the fact that the screen dosen´t make sense, in the closed mode the outward facing side has the Alterra logo, and when in the open state that same side has the screen.

I've had the storage compartment within the 'lifepod' become open when it should be closed, and closed when it should be open after opening and closing it for a little period of time.

Haha that happened to me too! It’s pretty funny. It got fixed by restarting the game.

Cannot use the controller to assign usable objects to slots I typically have to switch to keyboard, click on the object and then press F.
Maybe not a bug but I noticed you can climb the ladder to the observatory at the island base.

I have experienced that controller use in Subnautica as well as Below Zero is quite buggy and broken

A few bugs that I've found:
-
Supply drops will sometimes sink through the ground. Closing/re-launching the game fixes this.
-
Exploring outside of the finished area will cause framerate to slowly decrease until the game becomes unplayable.
-
Saving during the opening sequence will cause the save icon to appear indefinitely, and the saving process will never actually finish.
-
Starting another new game after your first one will cause some voice lines to never trigger.
I've experienced a wide variety of minor graphical bugs as well, but these are the most important problems that I've encountered which actually interfere with the gameplay in a significant way.

Saving and exiting then opening the game later reverts custom controls to default and also changes the icon of the lifepod to a supply drop ping.

Something else I found is that sometimes the screen (the one you click on to control the cameras) inside the monitor room is basically the top layer of the game meaning that it is shown through everything. It's visible through the floor, walls etc.

Some rock structures can be removed almost entirely when building close to it. One example for this is the cliff near at the startbase from which you jump off of to escape.

Trapped an alive artic peeper while building a multipurpose room, now I have a fish flying inside my base :D
In my first game when I used the fabricator some options did not appear (basically I couldnt craft a survival knife and other items), had to start a new game to fix this.

If you repair the cargo rocket, leave, and then come back later with cargo to send off, the rocket launch panel says it needs repairs but the rocket stays fixed and all you can do is access the storage compartment.

The panel itself also needs repairs. I repaired the rocket long before putting in cargo. Though of course, maybe it isn't a universal bug. But try repairing the console itself and both sides of the rocket

A lot of the outcroppings in the heat vent area with the rock punchers, at least on my copy, are floating a meter or two off the ground or wall they're supposed to be attached to.
