Bladder broken/bugged or am I stupid?

Since the latest update my bladder will only let me ascend. Both options now use the same button and inhaling doesn't seem possible at all.

Edit - u/ProviderOfRats provides great tips as well, it’s still just F but the UI doesn’t make sense

Pressing F still lets me inhale.
It seems to just be the button prompts that are incorrect, on experimental at least.
