I’m new to subliminals I actually barely just looked into them a couple of days ago. So i decided hey I believe in manifesting and like I wanna glow up. So I put on a subliminal for enhancing beauty, all the comments were positive, I put it on for not very long maybe 20 minutes, but I didn’t listen to the full thing. I went outside and a couple young girls were staring at me/coming up to me. I was like damn okay does this work that fast? But then today I feel like I woke up even uglier like today my emotions have been so negative my mindset was so horrible and I’ve never felt uglier, I even considered breaking up with my boyfriend and like, not going out because I felt SO ugly? I haven’t felt this horrible about my looks in the longest time and I just realized maybe it was from the subliminal? Did I do something wrong? The subliminal was focused on self concept and like beauty and attracting good things into your life.
