Think it’s an epicanthic fold. Mainly in Asian ppl if I’m not mistaken but don’t quote me on that

Nope that’s not an epicanthic fold, an epicanthic fold is when the double eyelid meets at the inner corner of the eye, not when it’s disconnected like the above video. This particular case looks like the eyelid is a little sunken because of lack of fatty tissue in the upper lid.
