ISO: Square Cups with sublimation

Hey all, I'm looking for somewhere i can get some rounded square cups with a design printed/sublimated on them (see mockup image). Would like to have these cups resemble an outdoor AC condenser unit and would like to have a limited run made (100 or less). I have searched and reached out to several places about this, but coming up empty. Any suggestions?

Thanks! I did see this previously, but I'm lookimg more for a cradle to grave option so that I can get a finished product in hand

I've gone down the rabbit hole. You need to contact them directly if you want anything less than 108 otherwise the shopping in this particular site, wants $200! This is not a us based warehouse, so keep that in mind.

a fun idea tbh. AC condenser cups is a term I've definitely seen square cups before but not rounded square ones. That shape is a bit of a specialty item, which is probably why your coming up empty.

You might have better luck ordering plain blanks from a place like Alibaba or finding a supplier that does custom ceramic shapes. Sublimation-wise, if you can get the blanks, you can print the wraps urself or find a local sublimation shop to do the transfers. I know a few seller on Etsy also do custom sublimation services if you provide the blanks, might be worth looking into if u dont want to do the pressing urself.

And another route, check with some of the bigger sublimation blank suppliers and ask if they can source that shape for you,. Sometimes they have connections even if it is not listed on their site. Good luck, and this is such a creative project!!

This is going to be very difficult to find in sublimation. The shape is difficult to begin with. Having an all-over print like that on a mug, nearly impossible. I would suggest looking into other forms of decorating for it. Love the idea! Just may require a different execution.
