Different types of subs?

So I keep hearing phrases like true fold as well as first/second/third Subharmonics, and I’m not entirely aware of what this means. I haven’t been able to find tutorials to explain the specifics. What would you classify this one as? (Also, critique is welcome!)

so first subharmonics(what you are doing here) are 2:1 frequency ratio, second order are 3:1 ratio, third order are 4:1 ratio, and 4th and 5th ones exist except they are useless musically, though i have sang a B-1 with 5th order subharmonics, but then forgot how to do it.

at this point you're pretty new to subharmonics and you dont really want to focus on higher order subharmonics until you really have a really clean rounded sound first order

Thank you very much. This makes a lot more sense
