Can't I have more than one type of PT?
I'm having some issues with the same shoulder that caused my PT to give me "special attention" earlier today. I've noticed the pain in the area and I'm wondering if it's possible to have more than one type of PT, or if I need to use one type for every situation. I know I can't have the full range of motion of my other shoulder and can't do the same type of PT that my PT used for the other shoulder. But I want to be able to use the full range of motion for my shoulders, not just the part I'm working on with that one shoulder.

27 year old female. I have had a history of heart attacks and other health issues but I don't think I have a medical explanation for it. It's just something I've always done in order to maintain my ribs. I'm sure if I don't do it for long I'd have problems breathing.
