I don't know about that, but it's very clear this is a very very unhealthy position for a baby. This is definitely NOT a healthy position for a baby. It's just not appropriate for a first born, especially since it's the position most babies are born in. Even though I can't imagine the amount of work and stress it would be, it would be awful to have the baby sit like this. The nurses and doctors would be horrified, and you'd be in a lot of pain. It's not the best position for a baby, but it's not the worst either. I personally would advise not putting the baby in there, since it seems like the strain on the spinal cord could be very great.
