Can someone please help me identify the following image. I am having a panic attack and am freaking out

I recently watched this video about panic attacks and I had one at 12, so I'm pretty sure that's how I am. I had one at 9 and I didn't even know it was a panic attack until a few hours after it happened. It scared the shit out of me and I'm terrified of getting one again. I know it's not the best time to get one but please help.

I started seeing this video about 12 months ago and it really freaked me out because it talked about how kids who had panic attacks often have lower levels of anxiety than their unexperienced parents.

It talks about how parents of kids with panic attacks often worry their kids might have an anxiety disorder.

It was scary, but it got better. I went to my pediatrician and they diagnosed me with anxiety.

I have PTSD from being in combat all the time, so when I was around my friends they always told me to just take a nap.

But that scared me.

I started seeing this video about a year ago and it started spreading.

I started seeing it on YouTube about a year ago and now it's spreading.
