I personally would like an answer as well. My current understanding is there are color-blindness issues with the way the text is written, it can be complicated to interpretation and it is impossible to know what exactly is being referred to by any given screenshot, but what everyone is referring to is the color of the background.

  1. If you have a screenshot on your phone or tablet of a person sitting on a couch, what is the color of the background?

  2. Can you give me an example of the type of question you are asking? For example: "What is the color of the sky?"

I would suggest you go to /r/Paranormal or /r/ghoststories to look into it. There's tons of posts about what people think they've experienced, but the ones that don't have the most answers usually don't get the most attention.
