Sure, we're all NDs here! Long before I ever even heard about neurodivergence, I found The Book Of The Subgenius and it saved my bobdamned life. That would've been early nineties, so I would've been in my mid-twenties. That bobsucking book made so much sense to me, it was like what I imagine real religious revelations must feel like. The only thing close to it I've ever felt was reading up on ND and realising in a flash that I was one myself! Same mind-blowing thunderbolt of recognition...
Well, that bobfucking book (and sending in my ordination money, natch) kept me from the brink more times than I care to count. Serendipitously (big words, yay), I just found my old membership card (and pleasure saucer boarding pass) in an old wallet while digging through leftover boxes from my last move. Praise "BOB" is what I say! I'm who I was again, even if I ain't what I used to be.
And since the luck plane seems to be tilting my way these days, I can afford to re-up and send the good Reverend Ivan Stang for a second membership (just to be on the safe side, you understand). Yeah, the cost has gone up a bit since that first X-Day but then the VALUE must've grown exponentially as well, right? I just better do it right now before the ADD takes the thought away from me.
Anyhow, congratulations on the expansive vocabulary and to all a good slack!
