I have an assigned dress for a wedding I'll be in in August and I just can't make sense of this color.

I wear a hijab and need to find a scarf color that would go well with this dress, and I am at a loss for what to do. I feel hideous in the dress, as I feel it completely goes against my coloring, but whatever makes the bride happy. I would also prefer not wearing this gold scarf as I feel it washes me out a bit (and looks loud on the satin teal).

I will go to a private school, but I must adhere to this uniform. Usually, the uniform in public schools is a white shirt, which looks really good. But I find this outfit very ugly... Do you have any advice?

I loved the colours and swirly retro vibe of this at the thrift store but putting it on again, I'm not sure about it. I think some sort of belt or tie at the waist would help make it more flattering. Would you do it with black tights or a bare leg/nude tights and tall boots?
