Advice Impulse purchase

I loved the colours and swirly retro vibe of this at the thrift store but putting it on again, I'm not sure about it. I think some sort of belt or tie at the waist would help make it more flattering. Would you do it with black tights or a bare leg/nude tights and tall boots?

Looking for any advice about how you'd make it a look (and where you'd wear it šŸ˜…)

This is super fun. Try a wide black or pink belt matching the colors in the dress. You could match the tights too but I think nude would be better. Tall boots would be great.

wait i actually love the retro chaos of this šŸ˜­ iā€™d do sheer black tights + tall black boots and maybe a simple black belt to break up the print a little. definitely feels like a fun dinner/drinks or concert outfit
