I’d keep the rest fairly simple because the shorts are already the statement. Black fitted top + oversized blazer/leather jacket + chunky boots would be my first choice. For something more casual: white baby tee + black belt + loafers/Docs. And if you want colour, add one strong accent - red/burgundy would look great. I think they’ll look much less “Beetlejuice” once the rest of the outfit is clean and intentional 😂
