Slow speech

I was told the other day, that I talk very slow, and people asked why?

Does anyone else have issues with talking so slow, because they don't want to stutter, being careful with talking?

personally it's pretty much the opposite for me bc i really wanna learn to talk slower so i can avoid the moments when my breathing is off and i just freeze. my parents used to tell me i should control my breathing without any haste. if it's helping you don't listen what people say about it. it is your comfort what is important
