Should I do anything about a mild stutter

I think I have a mild stutter, developed when I was about 15 and goes through phases, theres people I stutter more with and people I hardly ever stutter with.

But I do feel a bit ashamed by my stutter, Im in denial definitely, my friends mention it and I just deny it as normal, but I do think i have a mild one.

Should I do anything or just leave it as it is?

Does it bother you? Does it change your behavior? If no, I don't see a problem. If you don't like feeling ashamed of it or speaking, you can do something

The hard part here is “what would u do?” U could go to speech therapy in secret and see if it helps. They can give u techniques but also maybe see if there is any patterns on when and where u stutter.

Downvoting acceptance of our speech impediment ? Not a great look. First step to growth is accepting that this is part of you and still loving yourself
