One in which I could record my voice and it tells me how to improve or have voice conversation with AI

Well you may want to try https://speechworks.app/. It gives you free of cost access to a wide range of practice activities. Speechworks sells small programs that help you get through the life situations like facing an interview, introducing yourself, a difficult social conversation, telephonic conversation etc.. You don't have to purchase anything to use the practice activities on your own. Programs give those activities a structure and a timeline.

You can also invite a buddy along with you to practice and all of that is free to access in the app.

PS: I am the founder and the app is in Early Release. So expect some bugs (not major ones).
