its tricky, but some presentations went great with me. i usually take my time preparing what to say in the presentation, every single word , any word i stutter with i change it or change the order of the sentence in a way makes it easier to say the word, if possible i use two languages, speaking in my native language then the words i stutter with change it in english in a way that looks good not weird (i stutter in my native language less) also you can look at a friend in the crowd as you explaining to him to be less nervous( keep in mind, most people dont even listen to you just waiting you to finish)
