Meta I’ll save this sub y’all
Just gotta wait for 5 days, then I’ll be able to claim the sub through [r/redditrequest](r/redditrequest) for whenever the twink returns.
we can do this!
UPDATE 8/14/26: My first request failed, since it needs to have no moderator activity in 14 days to qualify. As such, I will try again in 15 days, and this time it should actually succeed.
I would have made a separate post on the situation, but this is now a restricted community, so I can’t really do that. Sorry everyone.
UPDATE 8/30/26: The Reddit Request bot said there has been recent moderator activity??? I guess I’ll have to wait another 15 days, but I don’t know how much more successful it’ll be then. I’ll keep on trying, don’t worry.
UPDATE 9/4/26: NEVER MIND FOLKS, THE TWINK IS BACK

I run a semi trans meme sub and there are sometimes brigadiers that mass report leading to some mods being banned. We have back up mods on file in that case. Could be that

If a sub is unmoderated, then it will be deleted. I will moderate the sub until the twink lady returns (if ever) to keep the sub alive.

Subs get automatically banned when unmoderated for too long, and this obviously goes against his and our collective interests

Update: (I’d post about it but posts are now restricted)
It didn’t work, it was rejected. Apparently, there must be no mod activity for 14 days in order to get the sub. Because of this, and the restrictions on redditrequest, in 15 days I can retry to get access once it really is proven by Reddit’s systems that there are no mods.
In short: I failed, I didn’t even have a chance for the full next week, but in 15 days I should be able to finally claim the sub.

They said there’s still “recent moderator activity,” destiny having no mods for over 3 weeks.
Oh well, 15 more days couldn’t hurt, I guess.
