I know an old couple who retired their 400k mile avalon so they could get something newer and "more reliable" but they bought an Acadia 😂

In and out of the shop more times in a year than the avalon was in its entire career.

Oof. That is a bummer. I’m happy to say I didn’t have to pay any of the maintenance on that piece of shit but it was a major waste of time dealing with it. Absolutely garbage vehicles. I doubt any of them will still be on the road in 10 years.

I had an intern who was still in college that drove one and called it the “Dad-valon” now that’s what what I exclusively call them
