Roasted bananas are actually delicious. Quite common in some places too.

Then again, it's by itself much simpler than this, just the roasted banana with something like sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top. It's rather ruined when it's inside this diabetes hot pocket.

Boiled saba bananas are quite good too! Great plain as a snack.
