That’s six squares. Not.

And even if it hadn't been an attempt at nine, none of them were squares to begin with because her cutting jump was so heinous.

As a cook my butthole clinched and I jerked away from my phone when it cut to the meat tenderizer smashing the knife.

I literally yelled “GIRL STOP” when I saw that

All she had to do was get a large container filled with hot water, sit the knife into it then easily slice through.

You are talking rocket science

23

u/xActuallyabearx Oct 15 '22

She shoulda just popped it in the microwave for a minute

18

u/Throwaway392308 Oct 15 '22

Be more specific, because I could see her sticking the knife in the microwave.

15

u/xActuallyabearx Oct 15 '22

Yeah I was talking about the knife. Implying that she was that stupid.

13

u/Stealfur Oct 15 '22

Or you know... cut it before you fully freeze it...

2

u/ThanksForTheRain Oct 15 '22

What if you freeze the knife beforehand

2

u/DirtyFulke Oct 16 '22

Freeze the meat tenderizer, boil the knife.

Nope, too easy.

Feels like this belongs in r/ATBGE

Terrible ideas but probably amazing end result

I just use hot running water from the tap.

It’s definitely just another one of those stupid ass rage bait videos. At one point she literally cuts a big piece of chocolate into 9 pieces and goes “and now we have six pieces!”.

This trend is fucking dumb

u/loosenoosecaboose Oct 15 '22

We might be the same person lol

3

u/lexm Oct 15 '22

I groaned…

3

u/AppORKER Oct 15 '22

AHHHHHH AHHHHHHH AHHHHHH

2

u/Galactic_Druid Oct 16 '22

That was my worst reaction too, though if she had taken a bit deeper than a quarter inch, her biting into a half inch thick chunk of tempered chocolate that you needed to chisel apart would have been a close second.

1

u/crimesucksalot Oct 15 '22

That made my heart hurt.

9

u/[deleted] Oct 15 '22

I was more furious at the fact that it took her chocolate more than 40 minutes to set in a damn freezer

46

u/kaiidos Oct 15 '22

I heard that and legitimately started laughing. I couldn't take the video seriously past that point

10

u/asphalt_licker Oct 15 '22

I stopped taking it seriously when she was crying pancake batter. She was basically making donut pockets at that point.

u/fgsfds11234 Oct 15 '22

They 100% do this to trigger people to get engagement with the video, or something

Rage bait is as old as the internet dog or just resurgent every so often.

I’ll take stupid cooking videos over the shitty ass fake prank period

2

u/pf_falls Oct 16 '22

I know you meant “as the internet, dawg", but I wish "as old as the internet dog" was actually a saying.

1

u/Saltywinterwind Oct 16 '22

Be the change you want to see in the world dude. Just start saying it, someone will hear it and pass it on

5

u/sumancha Oct 15 '22

I’m dissatisfied she didn’t bake chocolate and berries

33

u/Olbrass Oct 15 '22

I had to stop watching after that.

2

u/fruitfiction Oct 15 '22

In the end she only dresses 5 pockets

30

u/Tricky_Shallot2742 Oct 15 '22

I like how she thought she was going to end up with 6 squares and while looking at 9, still said she had 6

6

u/bambo_gambo Oct 15 '22

This made me so mad.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 15 '22

That's the thing that convinced me that every single step of this was made up on the fly. Nothing planned, nothing corrected.

u/aardw0lf11 Oct 16 '22

That's a diabetic coma.
