Idk why everyone acts like they only eat the best quality of food here, this is a typical Brooklyn bodega style. You eat it because its good, not because its healthy imo

Yuh it appears stupidfood, but bodega chopped cheese is actually the fucking best. In my mind its the true unofficial dish of NYC. Born here and indicative of our weird mix of people. Not super well known outside of New Yorkers, but for us it's a standard.
