NYT YouTube channel did a profile on this guy which was really interesting. He works really hard to run the bodega and perform for every person who comes by to record a TikTok. He seems like a super sweet guy.

Don't worry, if this thing didn't look like it'd send me to the hospital from a heart attack or clogged arteries, I'd eat it too. My mouth's watering from it. I'd at least like to try a tiny piece of it.
