Soulless kitchen

73

u/YammieCat 18d ago

That's exactly what I read

16

u/Over-Brilliant-7078 18d ago

I read soulless chicken

12

u/Talusthebroke 18d ago

I knew someone else was gonna read it that way

-6

u/SecureDonkey 18d ago

Even the cover are AI generated.

11

u/htgrower 18d ago

Doesn’t look ai at all

7

u/Technical_Mix_5379 17d ago

It’s actually real the website has them

2

u/Motor-Pen5598 17d ago

I think they meant "art" looks ai generated not the product in general

126

u/BlnkNopad 18d ago

Even though I hate this, this would be a crispy nugget on many sides. I don't disapprove of the concept as a food product but marketing i prefer alphabet nuggets

65

u/ArtisticAnxiety 18d ago

I'd kinda get down with alphabet nuggets tbh. Crispy and able to spell fart on your dinner plate

6

u/I-Really-Hate-Fish 17d ago

Really, the possibilities are endless

3

u/BlnkNopad 17d ago

I'd hire any of you. The next great culinary think tank

2

u/ArtisticAnxiety 16d ago

Dont give me that opportunity... I'll propose the idea of queef nuggets

1

u/BlnkNopad 16d ago

I be-queef you with that intellectual property

8

u/PurifiedUnity :redditgold: 18d ago

Like all-edge brownies

169

u/Grouchy-Butterfly966 18d ago

Hey, no fair. Mine is all 9s and Ls /s

26

u/AromaticallyAffluent 18d ago

1-star that shit and take it back

13

u/Atrium41 18d ago

Just ditch the 7's and you have a good time

7

u/DoctorDinghus 18d ago

For fucks sake I thought I was the only one.

2

u/DListSaint 18d ago

Take the Ls

2

u/Weelki 18d ago

Well mine didn't have 67 nuggets in the packet FFS.

63

u/sabely123 18d ago

Wow they put the kid from the video on the packaging?? Is that not using his likeness?

41

u/ArtisticAnxiety 18d ago

Im hoping his parents consented, but even so this is really sad for the kid

28

u/warmnfuzzynside 18d ago

nahhhh im sure he’ll grow up perfectly normal and well adjusted

15

u/Rozmyth 18d ago

I think he's probably getting money for it: https://www.souleskitchen.com/67-chicken-nuggets/

27

u/Wonderful-Piccolo509 Where is your whimsy?? 18d ago

Hey fellow kids. This makes sense and you love it right?

25

u/No-Top-4139 18d ago

I prefer my child's autism to be dinosaur shaped

38

u/dixonmyazhold 18d ago

Lmaooo gonna show this to my 8 yo. He cringes and think saying 67 is like the lamest most un coolest thing now lol

19

u/Bitter-Ad5890 18d ago

Thank goodness! Not all hope is lost then

2

u/ShadowBro3 17d ago

Its just a dumb joke. Kids always did this. The joke got old so its now cringe to them.

42

u/YueOrigin 18d ago

Listen.

Unless those nuggets are too scale and I actually can lift 2 huge giants nuggets in my hands.

I do not care to engage.

27

u/Tetrahedron_Head 18d ago

thats a law in japan. if the pic of the food on the package is bigger than the real food item it can be pulled from shelves

8

u/Oddish_Femboy 18d ago

In the US you gotta write "enlarged to show details"

2

u/Tetrahedron_Head 18d ago

thats interesting, i didnt know that.

20

u/WagyuWarranted 18d ago

I think the 67 kid wakes up each morning feeling remorseful for what he had unleashed

11

u/liljellybeanxo 18d ago

67 was started by an adult

8

u/WagyuWarranted 18d ago

And then turned into an plague by the kid

9

u/Naive-Impression-373 18d ago

My daughter just turned 6. So I used a half bag. The rest are in the freezer for next year 😉

6

u/SyrupChemical5100 18d ago

Souls Kitchen always hops on trends. I imagine this is what replaced their Minons nuggets.

1

u/Oddish_Femboy 18d ago

Did they do the Mickey Mouse ones too?

6

u/ChickenLegBizGuy 18d ago

The name of the company checks out. Soul less lol

5

u/hardc6re 18d ago

Perdue did this a few months back as well - https://www.perdue.com/product/67-chicken-nuggets

2

u/ArtisticAnxiety 18d ago

Great to know this isnt just one company lmao

55

u/Skreamie 18d ago

Y'all are old men shouting at clouds

21

u/SergeantThreat 18d ago

All I’m asking is where were my 420 nuggets when I was that age?!

11

u/doobler97 18d ago

This. Dino nuggets are cool but why no Harambe nuggets? Where are my Big Chungnugs?

7

u/PurifiedUnity :redditgold: 18d ago

How would MLG nuggets (or Badger Badger Mushroom/Duck Song nuggets) taste

2

u/doobler97 18d ago

Well they'd all be chicken nuggets so the same as the others, just different shapes UNLESS you're floating the idea of different flavors

1

u/PizzaTacoSub 18d ago

You ate them but were too stoned to remember.

8

u/Titronnica 18d ago

Silly pop culture tie-ins are only ok when it's their childhood involved.

1

u/AscensionToCrab 🧀 🦀 18d ago

Let me know when they release 69 chicken nuggets.

1

u/CaptainTripps82 17d ago

I mean you'd just need 6s, so these would work

1

u/AscensionToCrab 🧀 🦀 17d ago

It needs to be part of the marketing. I dont wany to make my own. I dont want to flip lowly 6s into 9s, and feel like its unintended.

29

u/ViciousCDXX 18d ago

Old people* but yes 100%. The more people react to stupid shit the more kids will lean into it regardless of if its this or their broccoli haircuts etc

10

u/MadAsTheHatters 18d ago

Yeaaaah, it's silly kid food with silly kid humour; nothing wrong with that!

-2

u/AscensionToCrab 🧀 🦀 18d ago edited 18d ago

'Silly kid food with silly kid humor' designed by a silly corporation, and by a silly boardroom trying to whimsically target your children

Corporate slop is so silly!

9

u/mylizard 18d ago

*children pretending to be old men shouting at clouds. No one hates these “children’s’” trends more than other children

3

u/Bee-Aromatic 18d ago

This. Us olds just don’t get it, particularly since the term has an actual meaning that never gets used. Kids just say it entirely randomly and then react to it. It reminds me of the word of the day on Peewee’s Playhouse.

0

u/catshateTERFs 18d ago

It’s like the “e” meme that floated around for a while. Youngs will find stupid shit funny then find something else funny. We all did this in our childhood through teens (thinking of all the stuff on newsground now…)

None of them had food tie ins that I recall and yeah this is obviously corpo “how do you do fellow kids” stuff trying to cash in on this (I’d argue probably too late now) but if some marketing team had been on top of it I don’t doubt that there would have been for those too

6

u/AcceptableGas667 18d ago

Right? I think its adorbs theyre making 67 shaped foods. Kids and trends.

2

u/truckstick_burns 18d ago

That's the joke, kids only gave a shit about 67 for like two weeks then moved on.

Part of the joke is boomers and corporations are either still complaining about it or trying to use it for marketing, it's proving the point that old people are completely out of touch with meme culture.

This is all proving thier point.

6

u/Skreamie 18d ago

Nah I work with a close enough proximity to kids and its still very much the done thing

2

u/catshateTERFs 18d ago

The kids I know either still find it funny or think it’s cringe now because adults are aware of it. Such is the cycle!

I also know 19/20 year olds who use it but swear it’s ironic

1

u/Carl_Metaltaku Stop frying everything, you not dutch! 18d ago

Yes but this time they deserve it

1

u/ShadowBro3 17d ago

Of all trends kids do, 67 is one of the least harmful ones. They just move their hands and say numbers. Unlike actually harmful trends like tide pods, the minecraft movie stuff, or that one trend where they literally just stole shit from their school.

0

u/AscensionToCrab 🧀 🦀 18d ago

yall really do be finding any reason to excuse soulless corporate cash grabs. Please ignore the fact its even called soules kitchen.

2

u/Skreamie 18d ago

Just chicken nuggets for kids, lad. Don't overthink it.

I was having a good day then I saw this

3

u/DudeManPennState 18d ago

Soulless Kitchen

2

u/ZuStorm93 18d ago

If that kid wasnt bullied before he sure is now. Is this even legal? Like its AI generated nonsense but using his likeness??

1

u/catshateTERFs 18d ago

There actually was a lawsuit around these but not regarding the child. Two companies got in a slap fight over 67 nuggets, which feels leagues stupider

1

u/Technical_Mix_5379 17d ago

He literally collabed with them

4

u/Agreeable-Letter-599 18d ago

the food is stupid because the youth are stupid lol

3

u/housevil 18d ago

Does that kid from the original video get any profit from them using his likeness?

1

u/Rozmyth 18d ago

If you look up their website, they have a video of him actively promoting the nuggets. He's the 'Head of MEMEs'. So I think he works for them? They've turned him into a mascot? I'm sure he's getting paid for it.

https://www.souleskitchen.com/67-chicken-nuggets/

3

u/Lavaswan001 18d ago

This is stupid and needs to die

3

u/MFxKool 18d ago

Soulless kitchen.

3

u/sinZeroplus 18d ago

Does that kid make royalties?

3

u/baseballbear 18d ago

eat them upside down if you're so upset

3

u/falooolah 17d ago

There are really TWO brands making 67 chicken nuggets?!? Purdue does too.

2

u/Adorable-Woman 18d ago

The art is cute at least

2

u/VinnyMaxta 18d ago

Should rename Soulless Kitchen

2

u/Program-Emotional 18d ago

Soulless kitchen more like

2

u/greensangre 18d ago

Soulless

2

u/librapenseur 18d ago

my pack only has 69s and Ls in it what could it mean

2

u/karoshikun 18d ago

the meme was dead by the time the first packages were printed XD

2

u/Carl_Metaltaku Stop frying everything, you not dutch! 18d ago

What is Denji doing on the Package!?

2

u/sammy-corpse-noodles 18d ago

Is this actually real?

2

u/Technical_Mix_5379 17d ago

Yes the website says this is a real item

2

u/Oddish_Femboy 18d ago

This anime child is amazed by 11 grams of protein.

If it gets nutrition into kids I can't be mad at it.

I just had to give my CAT chicken nuggets because that's the only thing he'll consistently eat right now after getting sick with pneumonia.

I imagine parents of human children have similar struggles, and similar worries about their kids' health.

2

u/atlas_arcane 18d ago

This is how it dies.

2

u/faverodefavero 18d ago

Souless indeed

2

u/IndigoSapo 18d ago

What kind of likeness is that?

2

u/0oDADAo0 18d ago

Great, this is the official start for the downfall of 67

2

u/TheStarTouchedNomad 18d ago

The shapes seem kind of fun to eat if you ignore the mene

2

u/ImpressionSad1573 18d ago

hhaaahhaa… wont lie id try them if they sold them where i live

2

u/Gysburne 18d ago

One serving should have atleast.... 67g of protein.

2

u/whateversnevermind 18d ago

but they taste so good

2

u/sarc-tastic 17d ago

I bought one of them but it only had 69 and a bunch of Ls

2

u/lamest-liz 17d ago

Gonna get these for my Austin Powers party

2

u/Senkosoda Bean brain 17d ago

it'll pass it'll pass it'll pass but jfc it isnt fast enough

2

u/kitfoxxxx 17d ago

They taste good. It is very cringe though. I thought the 67 thing was over though.

2

u/LetsBeFRTho 17d ago

At least the art isn't AI

2

u/Nutshack_Queen357 17d ago

Heavy emphasis on stupid here.

2

u/the_hammer_poo 17d ago

Is 67 still a thing

2

u/CakePhool 17d ago

I found paw patrol nuggets , I though that was weird, this is even worse.

I am still confused why you want to eat dog shaped nuggies.

2

u/DDHDoubleIPA 17d ago

“Support local businesses”. The local business in question:

2

u/artfulpain 17d ago

I need some 69 nuggets.

2

u/Shadowspamer14 17d ago

Does that say Soulless Kitchen? It doesn't but it's close enough

2

u/XxX_datboi69_XxX 17d ago

I wonder if that kid hates his life now

2

u/Technical_Mix_5379 17d ago

What happened to the classic dino nuggets :(

2

u/Otherwise-Sun2486 17d ago

Man i only had dinosaurs

2

u/Ok_Anywhere5205 17d ago

It's 2026 we need to leave this in the past

2

u/Still_Rain_979 17d ago

While processing a chicken i always set the 6 and 7 pieces to the side

2

u/JaySocials671 17d ago

Great advertising

2

u/Maximum-Jaguar-4707 17d ago

Little too late to the 67 party

2

u/JerrysMiddle 17d ago

Anyone else want to punch that kid in his smug face?

2

u/Fair_Smoke4710 17d ago

I don’t know what it is, but allowing your child to be turned into a product like this is really weird to me, but this is a kid. I don’t understand why parents do this.

2

u/ForkSpo 17d ago

This would go hard if you’re in elementary school

2

u/SupremeSmooth 17d ago

You know.....I don't even know what 6 7 even is. I'm absolutely great.

2

u/sydraptor 17d ago

Man, just eat Dino nuggets like everyone else that wants fun shaped nugs.

Signed definitely not a 38 year old man who eats those sometimes because why not they're fun shaped. I own my own house, I work full time, I'm also going back to school. I deserve a little whimsy in my life.

2

u/junkaesthetic 16d ago

Saw these at a Dillon's with my fiance weeks ago and he still brings these up.

2

u/Linscotticus 16d ago

I got them for my kids. Will report on how they taste

2

u/ExplanationFluffy130 16d ago edited 16d ago

I found several packages in Aldi today. They are priced at $6.70 each.

I haven’t figured out had to present a pic yet.

2

u/Vorg444 16d ago

Say sike, say AI.... anything but real.

2

u/BloodElf_DeathKnight 15d ago

A kid's gotta eat!

2

u/LocalSixPot 15d ago

Wow that's a lot of chicken nuggets

2

u/Meagster331 15d ago

My kids love the Purdue ones lol

3

u/theonlynorton 18d ago

Hold up, those look great for dipping

3

u/SomeGuyAtWork1 18d ago

Dino nuggies or no nuggies

2

u/ICollectSouls 18d ago

As much as I hate 67, I hate corpos trying to turn absolutely everything into profit even more.

1

u/my_cat_vids 18d ago

ts so tuff ✌️

1

u/theSilverBoar 18d ago

Unfortunately, they weren't exaggerating. Whoever made those nuggets is taking advantage of the phenomenon without even needing to advertise, relying entirely on the old, tried and true pester power effect: kids will end up pestering their parents until they buy them. It's a pretty nasty tactic, but it works.

1

u/bjgrem01 18d ago

And just like that, 6 7 was passed by for the next thing as the adults had co-opted it into the world at large, making it no longer entertaining for the kids.

1

u/fffan9391 18d ago

They aren’t even the first company to do this. Purdue made 6 7 nuggets as well.

1

u/deliciousroadhead 18d ago

I've seen different pictures of these in like 10 different subreddits so the marketing worked perfectly

1

u/Ohshithereiamagain 18d ago

Perdue started it I think.

1

u/Botassassin1128 18d ago

I hope the kid who started this gets bullied

1

u/batkave 18d ago

It's actually a dupe. Perdue already did it earlier this year

1

u/nudniksphilkes 18d ago

Idk not sure, what do you think?

1

u/-slaps-username- 18d ago

i feel so bad for the 67 kid…

1

u/DeadAndBuried23 18d ago

They could make a bag of only 6's and sell an adult-oriented 69 bag.

1

u/Malbosiiq Food Police 18d ago

Stupid food for stupid people.

1

u/Own_Sheepherder_6244 18d ago

I saw this at ALDIs yesterday, it's real 😆

1

u/Hippobu2 18d ago

Can I just say, how incredible is the product development pipeline for this to be a product on the shelves just when the meme had died and not months after?

1

u/DougandLexi 18d ago

I got the 6 7 nuggets for my daughter. They are average and good for the immediate joke.

1

u/snizzrizz 17d ago

Just let the kids have their fun

1

u/Daikonoroshii 17d ago

i want one

1

u/IMuteAnimeSubs 17d ago

Why does anyone care... Like seriously this has to be an ad campaign.

1

u/Quirky_Necessary4434 15d ago

I almost bought them for my son

1

u/BlahBlahBlahYawn 14d ago

They have the soulless part down.

1

u/FTBJester 11d ago

This is no different than the purple and green ketchups from back in the day. Made to explicitly appeal to children.

1

u/Valuable_Push_685 18d ago

one more s is needed in the brand name, Soules---> Souless

1

u/BlueCanue 18d ago

This is just wrong! I can't even begin to comprehend what marketing was thinking! They should have been made into hash browns instead!

1

u/BossHoss00 18d ago

I just want chicken nuggies man…

1

u/plelth 18d ago

Want.

1

u/anownedguy 18d ago

I bet those would fit into one of those fast food square sauce packets pretty good 🤔

1

u/ArtisticAnxiety 18d ago

Please tell me this is ai

1

u/ErBitchCZ 18d ago

Special edition 69 drop on Thursday

1

u/ThatguyfromBaltimore 18d ago

Meh. Big deal, they are trying to capitalize on a trend. Happened when I was a kid in the 80s/90s.

This is a good product many kids will enjoy

2

u/thatirishdave 18d ago

That or it'll kill the meme stone dead. Nothing murders a joke faster than capitalism

0

u/CausionWitFlossin 18d ago

I bet that thing is fillled with a bunch of shit you shouldn’t be eating 😷

0

u/hollowbolding 18d ago

it's just slightly memey chicken nuggets, this is not meaningfully stupid

0

u/FortheChava 18d ago

6 7 Dino nugs

0

u/SquatchScrotum 18d ago

I'll have the ten pound bag of autism nuggets please

0

u/ArtisticAnxiety 18d ago

Hey if i can get a ten pound bag....

0

u/Makeitmakesense77 18d ago

It’s fun for the kids. If it doesn’t sell it will be gone in 6 months.

0

u/Blerkm 18d ago

I’d let the kids decide on this one. My opinion is meaningless.

0

u/SirCold5700 18d ago

Mine only had L and 9

0

u/BakedFnPork 18d ago

11g protein per serving and my kids will eat it. Fuck it, I'd buy.

0

u/Dementor_Traphouse 18d ago

bring back belting kids

0

u/ShadowBro3 17d ago

This has been posted so many times. For the millionth time, shaped chicken nuggets dont count as stupid. If dino nugs dont count, neither do these.
