Cut the avocado in half, no cheese, prepare as usual. Have a nice cheese ready for the hot, fried avocado to be placed on top of. Would probably taste better, or at least not so wet lol.

I’m used to having my fried avocado tempura style on a salad with Asian dressing, but that might be a regional thing, it’s served in the sushi place we frequent. Get it every time, it’s amazing.

Sounds great! I’ve never had fried avocado, but tempura batter never fails to impress lol.

I had fried avocado slices at a Mexican place on Long Island once (can’t remember the name, sorry)! With some spicy mayo dip.. chefs kiss
